Interior Review of the 2023 Ford Explorer
The Ford Explorer has always been known for outstanding cabin roominess. That has not changed with the 2023 model year.
It offers a high amount of legroom in the first, second, and third rows compared to the competition and comes with a whopping 18.2 cubic feet of cargo space behind the third row.
A 12.-3-inch touch-screen display may become standard on all models. It will come with Apple CarPlay®, Android Auto™, Wi-Fi hotspot capability, and Bluetooth® streaming.
Also standard is Ford's SYNC4 infotainment operating system. Additional features such as wireless charging and connection may be made available.

Exterior Review of the 2023 Ford Explorer
The body of the new 2023 Ford Explorer still comes with heft and size but with a cleaner and simpler nose design that is more aesthetically pleasing.
The four-slat grille is plain and flanked by headlights with daytime running lamps on each side and fog lamps at the bottom.
There is a silver front underbody garnish and wrap-around body cladding to enhance its sporty looks and roof rails on top for added versatility and functionality.
It has several body lines across the hood and along the sides for added texture and comes with blacked-out A and B pillars that help create a floating roof effect.

Power and Performance of the 2023 Ford Explorer
Three engines are available in the new 2023 Ford Explorer, and the power goes through only one gearbox, a 10-speed automatic transmission.
There is the 2.3-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine with 300 horsepower and 310 pound-feet of torque, a 3.3-liter V6 with 318 horsepower and 322 pound-feet of torque, the 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 with 365 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque in the Platinum variant, and that same engine with 400 horsepower and 415 pound-feet of torque in the ST variant.
Power from any of its very responsive engines is palpable. Steering is light for a vehicle of its size, which makes it very easy to drive. The suspension is cushy and delivers an uber comfortable ride.
